The Envergure building, developed by Losinger Marazzi SA in partnership with the municipality of Payerne and swiss aeropole SA, has been put out to public inquiry.
Located at the entrance to Aéropôle 2, the imposing Envergure building will give an exclusive identity to the swiss aeropole technology park. Future tenants will be able to benefit from surfaces with ceilings of up to 6 meters on the first floor and 3.5 meters on the two upper levels. In total, Envergure will be established on 10’000 m2 of land and will offer more than 8’000 m2 of floor space.
