FIREXCO SA
FIREXCO SA is a limited company founded in 1970. In June 2023, it was acquired by new administrators in order to establish a Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV) for the construction and operation of photovoltaic power plants in the French-speaking part of Switzerland. The company is headquartered at the Swiss Aeropole in Payerne.
Jean-Louis Guillet, founder and administrator of SOLEOL SA, a leading photovoltaic company in Switzerland based in Estavayer-le-lac for 15 years, and Stéphane Rapin, co-founder and administrator of Golf de Payerne for 25 years, have joined forces to create an investment company in renewable energies, particularly in photovoltaic installations.
Through an exclusive and privileged partnership with SOLEOL SA, FIREXCO SA provides expertise across the entire energy value chain, from project research, engineering studies, permitting, financing, construction, certification, to energy commercialization and monitoring for 25 to 30 years. It can thus offer investors a reliable, transparent, and attractive investment model.
In July 2023, the company developed a portfolio of projects ready to be realized in contracting for a value of 18 million Swiss francs. Three-year investment projections amount to 60 million Swiss francs over 3 years.
OUR VALUES:
We love the light which is our source of energy and the transparency it generates: transparency of costs, revenues and risks. We love the truth and are committed to it, both internally and externally. In both construction sites and proposed investments, we are devoted to upholding the highest safety standards.
And over time, we take pleasure in nurturing our partnerships.
This long-term vision resonates with the sustainability of our solar energy source and our business model, with each installation designed to be profitable for several decades.
